What is Attachment Theory?
Attachment theory is a psychological theory that explores the importance of early childhood relationships in shaping our emotional and social development. - Disorganized attachment: People with disorganized attachment have a mix of secure and insecure attachment patterns. They may experience difficulty regulating their emotions and may have difficulty forming healthy relationships.
